Client Background: This graphic design is part of our 21-day campaign posting task as virtual assistant training. It helps virtual assistants develop design skills, create visually appealing graphics for clients, and promote their brand. OBJECTIVES:

As a scholar in the DICT and digitaljobs.ph program, I completed a two-month training to become a successful freelancer. We learned freelancing basics, optimized social media accounts, created resumes and cover letters, and developed marketing strategies. We also ran a 21-day campaign on Facebook and Instagram, gaining valuable skills. The training included hands-on use of Canva and Meta Business Suite for graphics and post scheduling. The program aimed to enhance our freelancing skills and digital proficiency, and help us secure real-world projects. I was honored as one of the 11 medalist scholars and secured a project worth 1,000 pesos, proving the training's effectiveness. Held in DICT Region 3, City of Nueva Ecija, the training targeted busy small businesses and coaches. Our batch achieved a total sales revenue of 73,000 pesos over two months, mainly using Facebook and Instagram. his program showed how DICT and digitaljobs.ph helped me become a successful freelancer.

Challenge: During my training with the DICT and digitaljobs.ph, I faced many challenges.

Balancing my time between training, schoolwork, and personal life was hard, especially during the busy 21-day campaign on Facebook and Instagram. Learning new tools like Canva and Meta Business Suite was tough, and understanding social media algorithms took time. Applying what I learned in real life and creating engaging content needed creativity.

Making connections with peers and working in remote teams was tricky.

The pressure to do well and earn recognition, like being a medalist, was stressful. Staying motivated and disciplined was key, and I had to keep learning as digital tools changed.

Despite all this, the training gave me skills that are helping my career in freelancing and digital marketing grow.

Solution: The approach focused on providing comprehensive training in freelancing and digital marketing through structured modules and hands-on experience. Emphasis was placed on time management, skill acquisition with tools like Canva and Meta Business Suite, understanding social media algorithms, and fostering professional connections.
